Hello! I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a keen interest in Psychology. I have a deep passion for a holistic approach to nutrition, health and fitness.

I integrated psychology with my studies in nutrition because I am a firm believer that the mind plays a crucial role in achievement of good nutrition, health and overall wellness.  Using this integrative approach I systematically determine what nutritional and cognitive aspects of your health need addressing and a practical plan is put in place to get you firing ahead on your health and wellness journey.

You may have tried a number of diets or health practices in the past that haven’t worked for you, leaving you feeling defeated and waiting until your emotional energy renews before jumping back on the wellness wagon – this stop-start approach doesn’t work.  I‘ve seen this cycle time and again and I’ve helped break this cycle by encouraging lifestyle change, dropping harsh judgment and taking a realistic supportive approach. There is no one-size-fits-all approach and long-lasting change takes hard work but the outcome is without a doubt worth it.
